I understand that by signing this agreement, I am jointly and severally liable for the full payment of said premium. I am jointly and severally liable for the payment of the bond should the defendant not appear in court on all dates. I understand I am responsible for expenses incurred as a result of defendant’s non-appearance and/or compliance. The defendant and I must comply with all terms and conditions instituted by the bondsman, court, and state law.

I hereby agree to all terms and conditions of this application and affirm that all statements are truthful. I will compel the defendant to appear in court as directed by law. If the defendant cannot be located by the bondsman, I will assist the bondsman in locating the defendant. If the defendant cannot be located, I understand I will be responsible to pay the full amount of the said bond upon demand to the bondsman. If the defendant fails to pay the premium amount, I will be responsible to pay any remaining balance. I understand this authorization is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina, applicable to contracts wholly made and performed in such jurisdictions, and agree to litigate any claims in Horry County, South Carolina regardless of inconvenience of the forum.
